Your photos under Tipula ? corresponds with subgenus Vestiplex on the basis of light-centred stripes on top of thorax, ovipositor strongly curved up at apex (ventral edge of cerci should be serrate but would require close up view to see that), wings with appropriate markings. In Britain we have 4 species: hortulana is found in woodland in April, the ovipositor slender but your photo would appear to show the base more inflated. Though I know something of the wider European fauna I hesitate to identify to species: the oviposition demonstration shows it to be a saproxylic species which could be new ecological knowledge. The European specialist is Pjotr Oosterbroek (p.oosterbroek@chello.nl).
